This business came about as I helped my Mother move (both mentally and physically) down to an Aged Care Nursing Home where she had to downsize to one room. She was, by then in her 90th year. Her ability to undertake some of the planning activities and thinking were somewhat overwhelming and challenging for her.
In observing someone so close I was able to understand that there are a lot of people who have limited family assistance to navigate through these somewhat mammoth changes in life, decisions to be made when, depending on their age and mental capability, can find such decision-making an over-whelming task.
